Our work included critical rent projections, absorption pace forecasts, and a full demographic analysis to support the client’s development decisions.

Overtown Mixed-Use Development

At NW 10th Street & NW 3rd Ave in Overtown, we conducted a full economic and fiscal impact study for a major mixed-use project. For this development, featuring 97,000 sq ft of TAMI office space and a museum, we projected 624 construction jobs and 793 long-term jobs, generating over $82M in wages.

Vizcaya Metrorail Affordable Housing

Our economic and fiscal impact study for a 288-unit affordable housing project at South Dixie Hwy & SW 32nd Rd was essential for public-private partnership support. We estimated 902 construction jobs and a $58.3M employment impact, demonstrating the Vizcaya Metrorail project’s value.
