Bill Bailey - Real Estate Strategy & Development Expert
Bill Bailey is a nationally recognized real estate consultant with over 37 years of experience across institutional, family-owned, and consulting environments. His career began with major institutions like AXA Investment Management and Heitman Ltd, where he mastered feasibility, execution, and marketing. He later held leadership roles at The Allen Morris Company, expanding his expertise into multifamily, mixed-use, and master-planned communities.
Bill is known for his analytical rigor and proficiency with industry-leading software like Argus Enterprise and Excel dashboards. He holds a Master of Science in Communications from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.
